How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery within the United States takes about 7 to 10 business days from dispatch, and you get a tracking link by email. Details are in our shipping policy.
Will I be signed up for a subscription without asking?
No. A subscription only starts if you choose “Subscribe and save” at checkout. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time, and you are notified before every subscription order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, as long as the thin plastic seal on the outer packaging is intact. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it. See the return and refund policy.
